Acceptance statement
Clear conditions for a shared experience
When you apply as a company representative, you agree to these conditions.
You authorise the Hungarian Riding for Disabled Federation to use your company trademark in congress publications and on the congress website.
Only themes, decorations, and objects stated in the application and accepted by the organiser may be displayed.
The congress is a public event where the organiser and press may create audio, video, and photographic coverage.
If these conditions are breached, the organiser may end participation immediately without refund or compensation.
By applying, you confirm that you have read and understood the congress Privacy Policy.
Payment follows acceptance
Your application becomes valid after the exhibition fee has been received.

Bank transfer
Bank details are provided with the acceptance confirmation. All transaction fees are borne by the applicant. Paid exhibition fees are non-refundable after the stated cancellation date.
